Booking Conditions
-The book begins at the moment of contact or by completing the form with the data needed for your stay.
-In reporting the number of passengers, indicate whether it is double or single bed.
-Is requested advance payment of 100% of total stay when reservation is non refundable, once confirmed this and received all passenger data, the reservation is made effective.

Cancellations
– Cancellations made more than 1 days notice before the date of check-in, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
– Cancellations made less than 1 days notice to the arrival date will not receive any refund.
–Check In will be held at 3pm. Early check-in subject to availability.
–Check-out is set at 10AM. If you want to change this schedule should be established at the time of check-in.
During the stay
Liability for damages: The Hotels do not take responsibility for any loss or damage or personal belongings kept in the department.
Cleaning: Maid service is included in stays. It includes cleaning the room and a every 3 day change of towels and sheets.
Acceptable behavior: Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate manner. Will not be tolerated excessive noise or annoying.
Number of people: The rooms have a maximum capacity of persons specified in their descriptions. If the number of people exceeds, be considered a violation of the contract.
Pets: Any kind of pet is allowed.
Smoking “is not allowed in any of our rooms”.
Any violation of the provisions specified above may terminate the lease and forfeit the security deposit refund.
Conditions
Rates are expressed in U.S. dollars.
Passengers are required to declare their names, passport number or document showing age and address any document to this information.
The company reserves the final right of admission.
