Your reservation on this website is conditional upon you, the renter , accepting our terms. If you disagree with any clause shall not proceed with your booking. To confirm that you want to reserve a vehicle on this website, you, the renter , indicates that you have read, understood and agree to the terms .

In some cases we will not know if our local suppliers have a certain vehicle available. This is clearly indicated before or after you have submitted your request. In these cases we will put the vehicle » on request » with our local supplier . This means that although we can not immediately confirm the availability, we will make every effort within a reasonable time to find the car you requested and inform you of the outcome within 48 hours not to exceed the emission followed your request. In other cases the requested vehicle available. When you , the renter, offer to hire a vehicle through this site suggested retail price , your car will be confirmed within 48 hours of sending your request . If your offer has been accepted we will notify you via e- mail and send you a booking confirmation . Followed receive an email with the information to make the payment by credit card by calling our office Monday through Friday from 12-19 pm.

Please note that you, the renter , will not receive any rental agreement until you have confirmed your booking and payment is received . If you have any questions, please contact us.

The rental voucher must be presented to our local supplier to pick up your rental car. Argentrips.net not be held responsible for rentals to be rejected for failure to file it at retirement .

Argentrips.net not accept liability for any charges arising from the signing of agreements at the local agency .

Argentrips.net not be held responsible for anyone driving under influence of alcohol / drugs, causing willful damage, leading in places not paved or driving without care and attention required . You , the renter, will accept full responsibility with respect to these charges . This list is not exhaustive

What is included in the price?

Rates include unlimited mileage, CDW ( see note below CDW ) , third party liability , theft insurance , local taxes and airport .

CDW

CDW insurance reduces the liability of the contractor on the total cost of damage to a franchise where applicable , unless the contractor has caused the damage intentionally , is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or use the vehicle in a manner prohibited or negligent , for example , drive out of circulation areas . CDW insurance is an optional coverage that partially exempts the customer from financial responsibility for damages to the vehicle. In most locations , windscreens , tires , replacement locks , replacement keys and towing charges are not covered by the policy. Other exclusions may apply and may vary from a rental company to another , so we recommend that you hire removals of your local dealer at the time of pickup .

Exemption from liability in case of theft

( TW ) reduces the contractor’s liability in case of theft or damage caused by theft or attempted theft of the vehicle to a franchise (where applicable ) . Negligence connected with the theft of the vehicle can carry our local supplier to request the total amount of the cost of the vehicle .

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Carefully check the insurance information provided by the local agency. It is not unusual for liability coverage excludes blood relatives, relatives or members living in the same direction as you, the renter , and traveling in the vehicle. Our local dealer has available , if you want to hire them , policies that offer more coverage , or perhaps such coverage is included in your holiday insurance . For peace of mind , Argentrips.net recommends that you familiarize yourself fully with the coverage offered any rent and where necessary , hire additional coverage for your spouse, children and close relatives who accompany you in the vehicle.

What is not included in the price?

Gasoline, Personal Accident Insurance , special request items , the insurance excess (unless specified in the voucher Argentrips.net ) , delivery charges or removal of the vehicle outside business hours , Rates repair , traffic tickets and parking , congestion charges , additional driver fee and where applicable young driver . All costs are payable locally. In some agencies offer optional insurance to reduce or eliminate the liability of the contractor. You can request additional insurance if driving outside the country of rental. Items that are paid locally may be subject to tax.

If you want to change your booking .

Depending on conditions , changes to bookings followed the issuance of the voucher or confirmation but made prior to collection , will be completely free. The reservation has been paid in full, will be canceled at no additional cost , provided that the cancellation is made 48 hours before the time stipulated for collection. When a reservation secured by a deposit, canceled more than 48 hours prior to collection , you must pay a fee equal to the deposit amount .

All bookings canceled less than 48 hours a pickup date shown on your voucher , will incur a fee equivalent to three days rental or the deposit amount , whichever is greater. This clause also applies when the client is presented to recover the vehicle , or when you can not make the collection for lack of the required documentation. Argentrips.net unfortunately , you can not refund for days or hours that have not been used , if the vehicle is delivered before the stipulated date or time .
