Booking Conditions

-The book begins at the moment of contact or by completing the form with the data needed for your stay.
-In reporting the number of passengers, indicate whether it is double or single bed.
-Is requested advance payment of 50% of total stay, once confirmed this and received all passenger data, the reservation is made ​​effective.

Payment can be made by:

• Deposit accounts of USA and Argentina
• Western Union
• PayPal
• Visa o Mastercard

Cancellations

– Cancellations made ​​more than 30 days notice before the date of check-in, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
– Cancellations made ​​less than 30 days notice to the arrival date will not receive any refund.
– Cancellations made after the department did not have occupied any refund.

–Check In will be held at 2pm. Early check-in subject to availability.

Personally I will await the arrival of the passenger in the department at the agreed time. We will show the rental property and the use of its facilities. They perform inventory control to verify that the equipment offered is the existing and is in perfect condition for use.

–Upon check-in was canceled the whole stay in dollars, signed the lease and leave a damage deposit of $ s300.-dollars which will be returned at the end of it. Under no circumstances will hand the keys to the apartment if not canceled the entire accommodation and warranty.

During the stay

Liability for damages: The owners do not take responsibility for any loss or damage or personal belongings kept in the department.

Cleaning: Maid service is included in stays of over 7 nights. It includes cleaning the apartment and a weekly change of towels and sheets.

Acceptable behavior: The apartments are located in residential buildings. Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate manner. Will not be tolerated excessive noise or annoying.

Number of people: The apartments have a maximum capacity of persons specified in their descriptions. If the number of people exceeds, be considered a violation of the contract.

Pets: Any kind of pet is allowed.

Smoking «is not allowed in any of our departments».

Any violation of the provisions specified above may terminate the lease and forfeit the security deposit refund.

Conditions

Temporary rent contracts are renewable, have a start date and an end date.

Rates are expressed in U.S. dollars.

Passengers are required to declare their names, passport number or document showing age and address any document to this information.

The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The company reserves the final right of admission.
